Andres Coronado

Andres Coronado is an actor, director, writer, and occasional dramaturg. Before the pandemic, they worked as an actor with Odd’s Bodkins Ensemble in Twelfth Night, Connective Theatre Company in Morning In America, and Runaways Lab Theatre in their Doing Drugs and Dying In Space play festival. Andres was an assistant director for original productions with The Conspirators and Valiant Theatre Company, the latter of which he also worked as dramaturg, and directed a staged reading at Chicago Dramatists. He is originally from Texas, but in a cool way. In Texas he co-founded the theatre company Break A Leg Productions, where he directed The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and acted in Significant Other. He graduated from the BFA acting program at Texas State University, and currently works in museum administration. (He/They)
